Privacy Policy

OpenClaw Install ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and because our service helps you set up self-hosted AI, your assistant data stays on your own machine — not ours.
What We Collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a contact form or book a session, we collect your name and email address. That's it. We use this to communicate with you about your setup session.
Payment information
Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information. We see aggregate page views and nothing more.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking.
Spam Protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It does not track users or use cookies for advertising purposes.
Your AI Assistant Data
This is the most important part. When we help you set up your AI assistant, it runs on your machine. We guide you through the setup via screen-share — we don't have remote access to your computer. Your conversations, data, files, and API keys stay entirely on your own hardware.
We do not have access to, store, or process any data that your AI assistant handles after setup is complete.
How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Data Retention
We keep your contact information only as long as needed to provide our services and for reasonable business records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just email us and we'll take care of it.

We use a small number of third-party services, each chosen for their privacy practices:
