What's the Concierge package?

Concierge is our premium, full-service option. We purchase a Mac Mini (and optional accessories), install and configure your AI assistant on it, and deliver it to your location — or ship it ready to plug in. Do you mark up the hardware in the Concierge package?

No. You pay Apple retail price for the Mac Mini and any accessories. We'll show you the receipts. The $599 setup fee covers our time for purchasing, configuring, delivering, and training.
