The person behind your AI setup

A while back, I set up OpenClaw for myself. Within a week it was managing my calendar, summarizing emails, and handling research — all running on my own machine, completely private. I was hooked.

Then I showed it to a friend. His reaction was instant: "I want this. But I have no idea how to set it up."

That was the aha moment. The technology was incredible, but the setup process was a wall. Terminal commands, API keys, config files, integrations — too many places to get stuck. People who would love having a personal AI were giving up before they could experience it.

So I started doing setup sessions. One screen-share call, walking through every step together. No remote access to your machine. You type every command, you enter your own API keys, and by the end of the session, you're chatting with your own AI assistant.

Personal AI should be personal. That means it runs on your hardware, your data stays with you, and nobody else has access. Not me, not a cloud provider, nobody.

I also believe powerful technology shouldn't require a CS degree to use. If you can follow along on a screen-share and copy-paste into a terminal, you can have a world-class AI assistant. The setup shouldn't be the hard part.
